Fumari is known to be San Diego's best hookah bar.  In this Downtown San Diego bar you can smoke exotic tobaccos while listening to a DJ drop house tracks in pimped-out atmosphere.  Just be warned that you will pay a bit more to be be in the only SD hookah bar that serves booze and isn't at all dumpy.
