The PB Shore Club may be the only inexpensive local bar in San Diego (or Southern CA!) with this incredible of an ocean front view. You can honestly get lost watching pods of dolphins playing during a glorious sunset and forget that there are cheap schooners of beers being passed around during a UFC fight on the flatscreens. This Pacific Beach bar is an anomaly in CA nightlife because it is brand new and only charging 1/2 of what it could for beers. If you can get past the long lines on the weekends, you will love this bar.

really good food and awesome view. Perfect to get the night started or for day drinking.
