Side Bar, under the same ownership as Stingaree, has been a downtown San Diego local's favorite for years.  As one of the first upscale bars in the Gaslamp Quarter, this joint has become a cornerstone of San Diego night life.  Located on 6th Street and Market Street, this joint draws in a long list of classy regulars because it gives respect to service industry workers.  I would suggest bringing a pay-stub or business card to get VIP entry.  The bar may even buy you a round if you work in Gaslamp. With great treatment of locals, it is no wonder why this bar keeps a fun local crowd packing the dancefloor. Bottle Service is offered Thursday-Saturday.
